With live performance spaces, recording studios, and industry-standard software, our music facilities have everything you need to launch your musical career.
South Bank
The Gig Studio is our live performance space and features a full line array sound system and professional lighting rig. Our main studio is a world-class recording facility with an SSL Duality mixing desk, offering the best in analogue and digital recording.
Our project studios include a surround-sound cinema, electronics labs, and tech labs equipped with iMacs. Our iMacs have the latest industry software including Logic, ProTools and Ableton Live, as well as Focusrite and Behringer X32 hardware, Rode microphones, and Novation Launchkey MIDI controllers.
Each studio also has a second acoustically-treated, soundproofed room for recording vocals complete with vocal PA and backline gear, with the main studio also equipped with amps and drums.

Choose our Nambour campus and access a modern recording studio and fully-equipped live music venue. Our recording studio and music technology lab features a large collection of professional equipment, and you can practice your performance skills or produce sound for weekly live music concerts.

Practice your performance skills or produce sound for weekly live music concerts in our on-campus live music venue. Using a range of sound reinforcement equipment and staging items you'll learn how to load, set up and patch-in P.A. systems, operate digital and analogue mixing desks, wirelessly control concert sound mixing consoles, and manage stage operations.

Coomera campus is a vibrant and creative hub with state-of-the-art sound recording and music rehearsal studios. Gain technical and practical skills in live performance, sound production, basic lighting, and music production in our modern rehearsal and performance spaces.

Cairns
The Cairns campus has a vibrant and welcoming performance-based music school. Our newly installed recording studio features state-of-the-art equipment including Pro Tools 12, Avid C24 Control Surface, and Neeve and SSL Preamps.
The campus also has two performance and rehearsal spaces, including the R Block Theatre, where weekly concert practice and monthly open-to-the-public concerts are held. Our graduates regularly achieve national and international recognition with airplay on stations such as Triple J and performances at some of Australia's biggest music festivals.
