TAFE Queensland is the state's leading provider in electrical, instrumentation, hazardous area, cathodic protection training, and verification of competency for the coal seam gas (CSG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) sector. We specialise in training CSG and LNG plant operators and maintenance staff.
High Density Polyethylene Centre of Excellence
Our Acacia Ridge campus features a High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Centre of Excellence which provides industry-current pipe welding skills for polyethylene gathering system operators. Acacia Ridge also is also home to a CSG lease package where we train students on a hydraulic pressure unit, well heads, and separators.
